You are not allowed to alter, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, create, distribute, repost, perform, display or in any way commercially exploit any of the content available on the website without consent taken from us.


We have taken all possible care to ensure the accuracy of data & information shared on this site. All the content including descriptions of the products, and prices are correct at the time of publishing. Packaging may vary from that shown although we make every attempt to upgrade the website regularly. We’ve made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the site. But as the actual colour depends on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product you receive on delivery.


All products/information displayed on the Website constitutes an invitation to offer. Your order for purchase represents your offer. As soon as you place an order, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt of your order, email you to confirm shipment and consequently acceptance of the order.


A return/replacement/refund can only be processed under the below conditions:

  1. A wrong product is being delivered.
  2. An expired product is being delivered.
  3. A damaged product being delivered – Physically damaged or tampered product.
  4. In case of incomplete order – missing products

Under the following conditions return/replacement/refund will not be accepted:

  1. In case of open/altered/used products
  2. In case of the original packaging (carton, labels etc) is missing
  3. If the return/ replacement/refund request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery

Once you place a request to return a product, a pickup is organised from our end. Our courier partners will pick up the item within 5-7 business days after the return request has been received. After that, the item will be brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes quality control, a refund will be initiated.

Please note, that we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of the quality check. Please note, that this entire refund process will take 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.

For already paid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 7 business working days after the refund initiation. In the case of COD orders, customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.


You can cancel an order from the CANCEL button on the order details page under your account page, for cancellation you need to give a reason for cancellation.

Please note: In case of cancellation, we will process your refund within 7 working days

Neolayr Pro also reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time.

Please note that a customer can cancel an order till the status is “Ready to Ship”.
