Where Do We Ship To?
Neolayr Pro ships to almost all the cities in India.
However, we do not support international shipping, as of yet. We hope that we will be able to offer it in the near future.


How Long Does It Take To Process An Order?
We, at Neolayr Pro, do our best to process the order before 24 hours elapses.
The delivery of the order can vary during peak times, i.e., during product launches, special promotions and national holidays.

How Long Does It Take To Ship?
The confirmed orders are all shipped before the expiry of 24 working hours. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
We, at Neolayr Pro, do our best to meet the standards as well as your expectations but there might be unexpected delays. These delays can be due to postal/carrier services, bad weather, things that are out of our control and logistics.

How Can You Track Your Order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information.


Cancellations
You can cancel your order by mailing us at our ID – info@neolayrpro.com or call us on 1800-891-6349 (Monday to Friday,10 am to 6 pm) and we will assist you in cancelling the order.


How Will I Receive The Refund For My Cancelled Order?
If the orders are prepaid, then the money will be credited to the bank account/debit/credit card where the payment was made within 7 business working days.
We will only credit the amount to the original method of payment and not to some alternative card.
In case of COD orders, customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund. 
Important: You can only cancel orders before they are shipped.

Returns and Refund
We thank you for shopping at the Neolayr Pro website. The products have been made with care and love backed by scientific know-hows, which is suitable for all skin types. 
If you are not satisfied with one or more of your purchases, then don’t hesitate to reach out to us and we put in all of our efforts to assist you.
Refunds/Replacements are offered only when:
1.The wrong product is delivered
2.An expired product is delivered
3.The product is damaged or tampered with or its packaging is not intact.
4.In case of incomplete order – missing products.

How Can You Contact Us for Returns & Refunds ?
Step One: You need to raise a query within TWO days from the delivery date through mail. Mail us at info@palsonsderma.com or Whatsapp us at +81004 15802 with the issues that you are facing along with the images as well as your order ID.
Step Two: Please allow us to review your request, which can take approximately 2 working days.
Step Three: After reviewing your query, we will send our couriers to receive the product that was delivered to you previously.
Step Four: After we receive the product(s), we will verify it and initiate the refund or replacement (as per your wish) accordingly.


Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?
The products are opened/used/altered.
The original packaging (carton, label, etc) is missing.
The damaged or missing items are reported 2 days after the expiry of the delivery date.
Product was delivered as per the system but it was not received, and if this report was made after 24 hours from the delivery time.
