Where Do We Ship To?

Neolayr Pro ships to almost all cities in India. However, we do not support international shipping as of yet. We hope to offer it in the near future.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders with a cart value above ₹299.

  • Exceptions: For the Neolayr Pro Vitamin C Skin Brightening Face Wash (100 ml), a flat shipping charge of ₹99 will be applied regardless of the total cart value.

How Long Does It Take To Process An Order?

We do our best to process orders within 24 hours. Delivery times may vary during peak periods, such as product launches, special promotions, and national holidays.

How Long Does It Take To Ship?

Confirmed orders are shipped within 24 working hours. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to carrier services, weather conditions, or logistics beyond our control.

How Can You Track Your Order?

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order by emailing us at info@neolayrpro.com or calling 1800-891-6349 (Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm).

  • Important: Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Prepaid Orders: Money will be credited back to the original bank account/card within 7 business days. We do not refund to alternative cards.

  • COD Orders: Customers must provide bank details to receive the refund.

Returns and Replacements

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us. Refunds or replacements are offered only if:

  1. The wrong product is delivered.

  2. An expired product is delivered.

  3. The product or packaging is damaged/tampered with.

  4. The order is incomplete (missing products).

How to Initiate a Return/Refund

  1. Step One: Raise a query within 2 days of delivery via email (info@neolayrpro.com) or WhatsApp (+91-7596005367). Include your Order ID and images of the issue.

  2. Step Two: Please allow 2 working days for us to review your request.

  3. Step Three: Once approved, we will arrange a courier pickup for the original product.

  4. Step Four: Upon receiving and verifying the product, we will initiate your refund or replacement.

Conditions for Rejection

Requests will not be accepted if:

  • The products are opened, used, or altered.

  • The original packaging (carton, label, etc.) is missing.

  • The issue is reported more than 2 days after delivery.

  • The product is marked as "delivered" but reported as not received more than 24 hours after the delivery timestamp.
