The skin brightening cream hosts a bunch of ingredients, including: Melanostatine 5 (from Lucas Meyer, France), which is a biomimetic peptide—meaning a compound that mimics natural skin-benefitting functions. For example, the regulation of melanin in skin, hindering its excess production and lessening dark spots.

Another is Symwhite 377, derived from Scotch Pine Bark, (and sourced from Symrise, Germany). Scientifically called Phenylethyl Resorcinol, it impacts enzymatic compounds (such as Tyrosine), thus potentially inhibiting melanin activity in skin. It also acts as an exfoliating agent.
